Terms & Conditions For Learning With Léa, Inc.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the tutoring services provided by Learning With Léa, Inc. D/B/A "LWL" (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling in tutoring services, you (“Client,” “Parent/Guardian,” or “Student”) agree to be bound by these Terms. 

• Tutoring sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
• A completed registration form and signed agreement are required before sessions begin.
• Schedules will be arranged on a weekly/monthly basis.

• Tutoring fees are [insert rate] per session/hour unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Payments are due in advanced.
• Late payments may incur a late fee of 10% after payment date.

•  Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session.
• Sessions canceled with less than 24hours notice maybe be charged in full.
• The tutor reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.

• Consistent attendance is expected to ensure student progress.
• Repeated absences or late arrivals may result in suspension or termination of services.
• Missed time due to late arrivals will not be extended or refunded.

• Tutors will prepare and deliver lessons to support the student’s learning goals.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring students are prepared and available at the scheduled time.
• Students are expected to participate actively and complete assigned work.

• For virtual sessions, clients are responsible for ensuring reliable internet, devices, and software access.
• We are not responsible for technical issues on the client’s side.

• Student information will be kept confidential and used solely for educational purposes.
• Sessions may not be recorded without prior written consent from all parties.

• Respectful behavior is expected from students, parents, and tutors.
• Any form of inappropriate behavior, harassment, or abuse may result in immediate termination of services without refund.

• While every effort will be made to support student success, we do not guarantee specific academic outcomes.
• We are not liable for exam results, grades, or other academic measures beyond our control.

• Either party may terminate services with 7 business days ( written notice).
• Outstanding fees must be paid in full upon termination.
